About the Owners

Hello, we are Rhonda Arnold and Carl Gibbs. We are the owners as well as as Instructors here at Central Valley Barber College. We strive to empower our students to become the best barbers they can be and lead a fulfilling and honest path in this industry.

Rhonda has been in the barbering industry for over 40 years. She has the knowledge and skills to enable you to be the barber that you want to be. Carl was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2009 and has been involved in multiple aspects of the barbering industry throughout his life. They are both licensed barbers and have a passion to keep the tradition of barbering going on for generations to come.
